Classes are kept small and friendly.

 This allows for a real hands on approach with attention to each individual within the group. Courses will run in progressive 10 to 13 week blocks.

ENROLMENT FORMS 





You will be required to fill in an enrolment form before your course commences. This information is related to any health issues or injuries and the aims and goals you wish to achieve whilst attending the course. It also allows me to plan classes around individual needs where possible. 


Use the contact page to request an enrolment form by email (or post if you prefer). As there are limited spaces in each class please return your form promptly to secure your place. 




Coming To Class


Whilst we remain Covid aware you will need to bring your own mat and head support ( a small rolled hand towel will do the job. )

Wear something that alllows you to move freely
